JDS Uniphase Model MPDM4710CRV02 __________________________________ __________________ This is a model MPDM4710CRV02 unit from JDS Uniphase. The unit comes packed with its specs and inspection sheet. The packaging does not come with a factory seal so I have opened it for inspection and photographing though I believe the unit is still brand new and unused apart from its factory testing. The packaging has some yellowing and other age/storage wear & tear, though nothing which would effect the contents themselves. Please ask if there are any questions.
